My name is Susan Jamieson, and I am the founder of Home With You, a full-service provider of home care aid and assistance, including companionship and homemaking, personal care, geriatric needs assessment and management, and skilled nursing.

As a nurse practitioner and clinical specialist in the field of gerontology, I have dedicated my life over the past 20 years to caring for seniors in a variety of settings, including hospitals, internal medicine offices, nursing homes, and acute rehabilitation.

I understand and appreciate the many physical and medical issues that seniors, their families and health care providers must consider when deciding whether it’s possible or practical to stay at home … or to go home.

Because such decisions can be difficult, complex and stressful, it is vitally important that everyone involved in the decision is comfortable and confident that the choice to be at home is the right one.

Here’s where Home With You can help … and make a difference. Not only are we well prepared to assist in the decision making and transition process, we are well staffed with a multidisciplinary team of professionals who can provide the type of assistance that seniors want or need in their home … or on a supplemental basis when “home” is at a nursing, assisted living or long term care facility on a temporary or permanent basis.
